1.1 This Standard applies to shingles and their remanufactured productsmade from Eastern White Cedar (Thuja occidentalis L.)

1.2 This Standard sets down minimum requirements for the quality of theproducts in terms of sizes, tolerances, characteristics allowed, andpackaging.

1.3 Recommendations concerning the application of these products areincluded in the Appendices to this Standard.
