Full Description
This slide presentation outlines information on a case study with the San Diego Water Department to prove the hypothesis of how using a case approach to software selection improves fit between software and business needs. Specific elements of the hypothesis include: workflow orientation leads to realisticdemonstration scenarios;identifying integration/interface needs up front;supporting traceability; and, allowing vendors to be responsive to true businessrequirements.
