Sealing, Rehabilitation and Construction of Manholes
Conference Proceeding by American Water Works Association, 01/01/1991
Odill, Frank J.
Full Description
Manholes are a very important part of the sanitary sewer system. Existing ones can no longer be ignored and new ones can no longer be built and forgotten. If not addressed or built properly, they will allow the entry of huge quantities of clearwater that is not only expensive to pump and treat, but robs the system of capacity that could otherwise be used for new development as well. Information on inspection, testing, relining, rehabilitation, and construction is given.
