Buanderie Centrale de Montreal offers laundry services to hospitals in the Montreal area. This article discusses how the laundry, needing to modernize its services, underwent a major retrofit that resulted in a total annual energy savings of $300,000, with a single payback period of 8.4 years. Productivity increased by 24% with the retrofit as well.
